The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They made sure our family was in close proximity to each other and made sure my parents had trusted transportation back to the airport. They kept many personal complementary supplies at the front desk, which was nice! Also, there is always fresh coffee and hot water. If they happen to be out, they replenish right away! The location is great. The kids enjoyed the market being within a couple of doors. Coterie is a solid choice for breakfast, as is The Ruby Slipper. Walk a few blocks to Evangeline for supper. You will not be disappointed. Self parking worked very well! It is a short walk, in a covered location, attached to Canal Place. The rooms are simple and nice. There was a great number of towels. Supplies were replenished daily. I felt very safe and secure!

I have only positive things to say about this wonderful hotel. The value for money was genuinely astounding. I got a suite consisting of king size bedroom, living space, and bathroom for an astonishingly low amount of money. I genuinely cannot believe how much space I got for the money. On top of that, the hotel suite is beautiful and full of character. The AC system worked perfectly, everything was clean and tidy, and my room was serviced during my two night stay, linens replaced etc. The location is ideal whatever type of visit you’re planning to take to New Orleans. Handily, there’s a small store very close by for any snacks and amenities you may require. A genuinely fantastic hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in, particularly when factoring in the cost.

The location is literally unbeatable if you're a first time visitor to New Orleans. To your left you can easily walk around the French Quarter and see the main sites, also a lot of the tours started nearby. To your right is Canal Street with the Street Cars, Casino and Magazine Street. In terms of facilities, we love that we have a great sized fridge and a microwave for those later nights when the main restaurants are closed. Bed was large and comfy, always have enough toiletries, fresh towels and the whole place always looked and smelled clean.

Location, price, staff. Hotel was the best price for it's location. Rooms were typical for an order hotel with room size and some rmodel, staff was great and responsive to our requests, the fun part was walking right into the French quarter, BIG tip the restaurant next door was the best food we had in New Orleans

Lauzon

The location was great. It is walking distance to things we wanted to do in the French Quarter. I liked the availability of refreshing water in the lobby, especially because we were there during a very hot time of year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
